AskJeeves Launches Pay Per Click

Thursday, August 25, 2005
Now that AskJeeves has launched their own pay per click model, how will this affect your Google Adwords? Your Google ads will continue to show up on AskJeeves but now you have a little more flexibility with your ads. For example you can set your options in Adwords to have your ads only show in the Google search and then open an account at AskJeeves and run your ads on their network too. So is it worth doing this? That's up to you really, According to Nielsen//NetRatings reports (http://www.nielsen-netratings.com/) AskJeeves has 1.6% of searches. I think if you are not showing your ads network wide on Google you should definitely give their program a try. AskJeeves Sponsored Listings is located at: http://sponsoredlistings.ask.com/
