The SAMSA Network Uptime Maintenance Plan provides a method for ensuring

It is important
to recognize that no amount of up front planning or ongoing review is a guarantee
against unexpected downtime due to system failures – elements such as

Maintenance Plan simply ensures that all reasonable effort will be put forth
in preventative maintenance to keep your system current, despite changing
conditions and technology.
It is also important to recognize that the SAMSA Network Uptime Maintenance Plan does not provide for application level software support (such as QuickBooks or Microsoft Access). Also, in some cases, additional billable services may be required for updates or corrective measures that are identified or discovered during periodic monthly review.
