Turnkey Operation Mode. Not all clients have a need to take advantage of the efficiencies offered by Application Service Provider Mode. The unique design of Elligence makes it just as efficient to install your own server equipment at your facility. SAMSA can design a Turnkey Solution for your office, including:
SAMSA provides equipment with a full 3-year warranty, and we can even structure leasing that allows you to bundle the acquisition of hard assets with software and labor. This allows clients to spread the entire system cost evenly over a period of time, reducing the impact on cash flow.
SAMSA offers monthly maintenance plans, which allow us to monitor the health of your server and workstation equipment, reducing downtime due to unexpected system failure. Each month, SAMSA ensure your systems are as up to date as possible with operating system patches and anti-virus signatures, that backups are occurring regularly, and that there are no alarms or alerts being generated by your equipment. We can be your part-time "computer guru".
Even operating in Turnkey Mode, SAMSA clients can take advantage of "efficiencies of scale", where SAMSA is providing services for several clients. Our automated systems will gather your back-end processing in an unattended fashion. Your work volumes will be combined with other clients' work, providing savings such as lower postage costs, lower costs for acquisition of forms and other supplies.
SAMSA takes advantage of modern Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology, along with high-speed internet or private communications circuits to connect your office to our data facility. This makes it possible for us to provide efficient remote support without the necessity to dispatch personnel all the time. However, if on-site support is required, our service technicians and support representatives are happy to come out!
SAMSA customer service staff members are trained to handle telephone support calls from clients, and to resolve issues quickly. Using remote support software, we can even take control of your workstation to quickly understand the nature of any problems. SAMSA still believes in personal customer service as opposed to "automated support" systems.
